Kent Matthes is the Founder of Stadium Ventures. An MLB Certified Agent since 2018, Kent previously served in leadership positions at the world’s largest sports and entertainment agency. Throughout his career as an Agent, Kent has helped players increase their values to over $1 billion. 

As a former player, Kent understands each stage of opportunities and obstacles players face in their careers. A former PG All-American in high school, Kent contemplated the draft but opted to accept a scholarship at the University of Alabama where he later earned SEC Player of the Year and First Team All-American honors. Kent was drafted in the 4th Round by the Colorado Rockies in 2009 and was named the top power hitting prospect in the Rockies system. Kent progressed to Triple-A before a series of injuries led him to retire from playing.

Kent resides in Winter Park, FL with his wife, Charlyne and their daughter Chloé. When he is not serving his clients or spending time with family and friends, he enjoys fishing and playing golf.
